Alexandra Shipp

Alexandra Shipp has been a well-known actress over the years. She was born in Phoenix Arizona in the United States on the 16th of July, 1991. She was in 2012 on a role as Victoria Justice's host on Victorious. Shipp began her acting performance as a kid as a child in Alvin and the Chipmunks The Squeakquel which was released in the year the year 2009. Shipp then appeared in the third season of Nickelodeon's crime drama for teens House of Anubis playing the part of KT Rush. Shipp gained attention in 2014 when she played Dani Raymond as the sequel to Drumline: A New Beat on VH1 and Aaliyah as the lead character in Lifetime's Aaliyah: A Princess of R&B. For the latter performance Shipp also sang. In addition to playing Ice Cube's Kimberly Woodruff she starred in Straight Outta Compton a biographical-drama film that followed the careers of N.W.A. In 2016, she starred in Bryan Singer's superhero flick X-Men: Apocalypse with Halle Berry playing Ororo munroe/Storm a climate-controlling mutant. In the year 2018 Nick Robinson, Jorge Lendeborg Jr. were in Love Simon. Kathryn Prescott was also a part of Dude. There is a brother called James. She portrayed the role of Danielle Dani Raymond in the 2014 TV film Drumline: A New Beat. Alexandra Ruth Shipp (born July 16 1991) is an American actress, singer, songwriter, and instrumentalist who came to notoriety for playing the role of a real-life musician Aaliyah as a character in the Lifetime TV film Aaliyah The Queen of R&B (2014) as well as Kimberly Woodruff in the Oscar-nominated film Straight Outta Compton (2015).
