In 2016, she starred in Bryan Singer's superhero flick X-Men: Apocalypse with Halle Berry playing Ororo munroe/Storm a climate-controlling mutant. In the year 2018 Nick Robinson, Jorge Lendeborg Jr. were in Love Simon. Kathryn Prescott was also a part of Dude. There is a brother called James. She portrayed the role of Danielle Dani Raymond in the 2014 TV film Drumline: A New Beat. Alexandra Ruth Shipp (born July 16 1991) is an American actress, singer, songwriter, and instrumentalist who came to notoriety for playing the role of a real-life musician Aaliyah as a character in the Lifetime TV film Aaliyah The Queen of R&B (2014) as well as Kimberly Woodruff in the Oscar-nominated film Straight Outta Compton (2015).
